TCI is pleased to announce the introduction of a new phone system to improve communications with customers and vendors. For your benefit, our phone extension numbers will be changing from 3 digits to 4 digits, which correspond with individual direct dial numbers. It is important to note that the main company phone numbers will not be changing.

An individual or department can be reached by dialing the main phone number, then pressing the 4 digit extension, or by dialing 414-357 and the 4 digit extension number. When calling the main company number, a name directory will be available to direct your call to an individual by dialing a portion of their last name. There are also phone numbers which dial directly into the departments as listed below.

Beginning Wednesday, April 9th 2003, the following departmental numbers will be available. If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to sales@transcoil.com.

Please fax or email all purchase order requests to the number or address listed above. An electronic copy of your purchase order will be kept on file to insure accuracy of information. For returns, please e-mail your request to returns@transcoil.com, include your company name, original purchase order number, part number to be returned, and the reason for the return. A return number, and any applicable restocking charges, will be returned within one business day. Inquiries on tracking or shipping cost information may be e-mailed to sales@transcoil.com, or phoned in to the Customer Service department. To request current multipliers, please contact us at sales@transcoil.com. Include your full company name, address, phone number, and fax number. All voicemails and emails will be answered promptly.
